Hands-on Workshop: Bioinformatics for Life Sciences & Drug Design 2023
Date: March 13-17, 2023, Venue: Bioinformatics Lab, Faculty of Pharmacy UiTM.
We organized a hands-on workshop to teach basic the implementation of bioinformatics tools for researchers from biology/chemistry related fields.
The topics and hands-on training for the 5-Days workshop covered:
Protein Modelling
Molecular Docking
All atom MD simulations
Coarse-grained MD simulations.
The workshop were attended by MSc/PhD students, postdocs and researchers from various fields (chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmaceutical life sciences, biomedical sciences).

Hands-on Bioinformatics Workshop for Lab Members
Date: Sep 5-9, 2022, Venue: SBMM Lab, FF2-Level 8, Faculty of Pharmacy, UiTM Kampus Puncak Alam.
Intensive training on bioinformatics skills for for the SBMM Lab members. The workshop was conducted to train our new FYP and intern students before starting their research projects.

Protein Modelling
Molecular Docking
Molecular Dynamics Simulations.

There were several prominent speakers from the area of computational drug discovery show casing their research works.
