What is the Favorites Tab?
The Favorites tab is your personalized workspace in SitesBuddy where you collect and organize your most-used tools, templates, and checklists. Instead of searching through categories every time you need something, star your favorites and access them instantly from one convenient location.
Think of it as your personal bookmark system. Everything you star automatically syncs here, organized by type, and you can even drag and reorder items to match your workflow
How to use
Adding Favorites
Click the star icon (⭐) next to any widget in the Tools tab, or the heart icon (❤️) on any template or checklist. The item instantly appears in your Favorites tab, organized into the appropriate section.Removing Favorites
Click the star or heart icon again to unfavorite an item. It disappears from your Favorites tab but remains available in its original location (Tools, Templates, or Checklists tabs).Organized by Type
Your favorites automatically sort into three collapsible sections:- TOOLS & WIDGETS: All your starred widgets and design tools
- TEMPLATES: All your hearted Google Sites templates
- CHECKLISTS: All your starred checklists for project guidance
Key features
Drag & Drop Reordering
Customize the order of your favorite widgets and checklists by dragging them up or down. Your custom order saves automatically and persists across sessions. Put your most-used items at the top for instant access.How to Reorder:- Look for the drag handle (⋮⋮) on the left side of each widget or checklist
- Click and hold the drag handle
- Drag the item to your desired position
- Release to drop it in place
- Your new order saves automatically
Collapsible Sections
Each category (Tools & Widgets, Templates, Checklists) can collapse or expand by clicking the category header. This helps you focus on one type of content at a time while keeping your interface clean.
