As a Teaching Assistant, I was responsible for grading assignments and exams according to the criteria set by the course instructor. My work involved verifying the accuracy of answers, assessing the rigor of reasoning, and evaluating the quality of written expression. I also provided constructive feedback to help students better understand their mistakes and improve their performance, while ensuring fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.

In this role, I prepared and delivered undergraduate economics courses to first-year Business Administration students. I designed tutorials and assignments tailored to their learning needs, guided students through complex economic concepts, and responded to their academic questions. Additionally, I assessed student performance and assigned final grades, ensuring that evaluations reflected their knowledge and skills.
Research Assistant – Applied Public Economics Research Group (GREPA/ENAP) (2022 - 2023)
As a Research Assistant, I contributed to a project on university governance by collecting and reviewing academic articles, institutional reports, and policy documents. My responsibilities also included compiling and analyzing relevant information and assisting in drafting sections of the final research report.
