You can use the Google Drive option to insert both Google files and non Google files from your Google Drive.
Any files you add to your website from your Google Drive, must have the share settings adjusted. As you are building your website, you will be able to view the files you add because you are the owner of the files. Even if you preview website or view published website, you will still see these files because you are the owner. Viewers will see the image to the right.
If you need a reminder on how to set the share settings for your Google files click here. If you are using your CCSD account and you want parents to view your files, make sure you set the share settings so anyone with the link can view vs anyone in CCSD can view because parents don't have CCSD accounts.
Tip: Add a folder to your Google Drive and name it Website Files. Right click on the folder and choose share settings for this folder. For example, set the folder's share settings so anyone with the link can view. This way any files you add to this folder or create within this folder will automatically take on the folder's shared rights.
