There is a pinyin style QWERTY keyboard Android Application on the Google Play Store
The app links to settings, where you enable the Sitelen Emoji Keyboard
Once the Keyboard is added, you can switch to it to write in Sitelen Emoji, and switch back as necessary
The newest version supports suggestions and autocorrect, and dark mode
There is also a native toki pona layout keyboard currently in development that supports Sitelen Emoji (currently in alpha testing, more information when it is released)
iOS
There is an iOS keyboard that writes in Sitelen Emoji in a Pinyin style, identically to the Android version
But this app is not on the App Store, because Apple charges $100 a year for an app to be there
So if you do want this keyboard, and happen to have access to a Mac with Xcode, go to https://github.com/devbali/ios-sitelen-emoji, and build it on your iPhone
