General Information 

The symposium will be held in Delft,  The Netherlands on May 27th and 28th. The symposium is organized under the auspices of the Werkgemeenschap voor Informatie- en Communicatietheorie (WIC) and of the IEEE Benelux Signal Processing Chapter.
