SYMPOSIUM AIM AND TOPICS

The symposium aims at sharing ideas, experiences, and information on the following, or related, topics:

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

We are soliciting papers describing original research. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a one-page abstract in PDF format. Each accepted abstract will lead to either a poster or an oral presentation with discussion. Upon request by the authors, a full paper or the abstract (as chosen by the authors) may appear in online proceedings.  The authors can also indicate NOT to publish their paper in the proceedings. Work under review elsewhere can be submitted, provided that overlap is clearly documented. Please submit your one-page abstract through EasyChair.

IMPORTANT DATES

GRANTS

A limited number of grants will be made available to MSc students who have an accepted paper at the symposium. A grant consists of the symposium registration fee and a contribution towards accommodation costs. The authors of each accepted paper may request at most one grant per paper. If interested, check the corresponding box in the registration form or send an email to the organizers at sitb2024@tudelft.nl

AWARDS

The symposium features a Best Student Paper Award, and a Best Student Presentation Award. Both will be given during the Award Ceremony at the end of the symposium.
