1. On 07 May 2024, Ms. Kouthar Davids had a scheduled meeting with my boss in Pretoria. On this day, I requested her assistance with regards to any supplier contact to assist with supply and installation of blinds in my parents’ home in Belhar, Cape Town. Hence I reside in Pretoria, it was difficult to find a supplier in Cape Town.

 2. Ms. Davids immediately assisted by providing her representative in the Cape Town to make contact with me the next day. 

3. The representative met with my parents to take measurements and show a few samples. In two weeks the blinds were installed and my parents’ home.
