Travel from Heathrow Airport  

The nearest airport to Royal Holloway is Heathrow Airport, about 10 miles away.  

You can take one of the many taxis outside of Heathrow terminals. Ride-hailing services such as Uber, Lyft, and Bolt are also available.  

Alternatively, make your way to the main coach station at Heathrow Central Bus Station and catch the number 8 bus from Heathrow Terminal 5, which stops in front of the main campus.  

Travel from other London airports  

The other London airports are at a considerable distance from Royal Holloway, and you should be aware that travel by taxi from these airports will be £60 or more, depending upon the airport at which you arrive.

Travel by train  

The closest train station to Royal Holloway is in Egham, about a 15-minute walk from the campus. Egham station is on a main line which connects to London Waterloo and Reading. The cost of the journey will depend upon where you are travelling from, and the day and time on which you are travelling.

Travel by car
