Smart and Intelligent Sensors Lab (SiS–Lab) has continuously open positions for a PhD and post-doctoral scientist. Highly motivated candidates are encouraged to apply to join our internationally diverse research group to carry out research on state-of-the-art sensing and energy harvesting devices.
Opening 1: Post Doctoral Researcher
Sis–Lab is seeking to hire a postdoctoral researcher to work on new device concepts
Key Responsibilities
Support Sis-Lab in the areas including:
Design and development of experimental setup to characterize novel high-speed electronic devices.
Design and fabricate nanoelectronics devices based on MEMS.
Numerical modeling and experimental studies on nanoelectronics devices.
General research assistance to support ongoing projects within the SiS–Lab.
Job Requirements
PhD degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields from top-tier universities.
Excellent publication record.
High proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.

Opening 2: PhD Student
Sis–Lab is seeking to hire a PhD student to work on new device concepts
Key Responsibilities
Support Sis-Lab in the areas including:
Design and development of experimental setup to characterize novel N/MEMS devices.
MEMS sensing, signal processing, and dynamic systems
Design of sensing readouts for the devices.
FEM analysis of the designs.
General research assistance to support ongoing projects within the SiS–Lab.
Job Requirements
Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields from top-tier universities.
Excellent publication record is preferred.
High proficiency in English, with excellent communication and writing skills.
