11th Posse Cohort at the College of Wooster
The Posse Foundation identifies and supports diverse multicultural student leaders who may have otherwise been overlooked by excellent colleges and universities. Students receive mentorship and support during their college experience to maintain a graduation rate of about 90%. Mentors undergo specific training and are paired with a Posse student during their education.
