Tidebound is a trading game in which players collect and exchange character cards inspired by myths and legends of the sea. Each day, players may visit the card vendor to receive three random cards from a collection of thirty-six unique, sea-born characters. Every card showcases a different figure, brought to life through a rich maritime theme.
As collections grow, duplicates are inevitable—and this is where the social aspect of the game comes into its own. All cards are fully transferable, encouraging residents to trade with one another in pursuit of a complete set. Whether through friendly swaps, organised exchanges, or spontaneous deals, player interaction lies at the heart of the experience.
The ultimate aim is to collect the full Tidebound set. With cards distributed at random, completion will require both patience and cooperation. Designed to be simple, accessible, and rewarding over time, the game offers an ongoing reason to connect, trade, and take part in a shared community activity.
Here is a crib sheet showing the full set of the Tidebound character cards currently available in the game. This guide gives you an overview of every character you can collect, helping you track your progress and see which cards you still need to complete the full set.
