Project Director: Prof. Dr. Lucian Ionel Cioca

Professor Dr. Lucian-Ionel CIOCA is a researcher at the "Ernest Lupan" Institute for Research in Circular Economy. His research focuses on management, production systems engineering, circular economy, sustainability and occupational safety. He is a member of multiple national and international committees, an evaluator of complex projects and an expert in the accreditation of university programs. He has published over 250 scientific papers, coordinated numerous research projects and collaborates with prestigious journals as an editor and evaluator.

Coordinator: Prof. Dr. Rodica Perciun

Prof. Dr. habil. Rodica Perciun is a renowned economist, specialized in finance, circular economy and sustainable development. She heads the Department of Financial-Monetary Research within INCE, ASEM, and coordinates national and international research projects. With over 70 scientific publications, she is an expert evaluator for Horizon 2020, UNDP and ARACIS.

Coordinator: Prof. Dr. habil. Boris Boincean

Director of the NATIONAL CENTER FOR SEED RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION, specialist in crop rotation, soil fertility and sustainable agriculture. With over 350 scientific articles and 10 published books, he promotes sustainable intensification of agriculture and the use of renewable resources. He is a member of the Romanian Academy of Agriculture and Forestry and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova.
