SipFlow is a hydration tracking app that helps you build healthy water-drinking habits. The app provides features including:

Day phase tracking (Wake, Focus, Recover)

An animated companion that reacts to your progress
Insights and streak tracking

Home screen widgets
Local push notification reminders
All data is stored locally on your device. SipFlow does not require an internet connection to function (except for processing in-app purchases).
SipFlow is available to users of all ages. The app does not collect personal information or require account creation.
By using SipFlow, you agree to:

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

By using SipFlow, you acknowledge that:
The suggested daily water intake goals are general guidelines, not medical prescriptions
You are solely responsible for your own health decisions
SipFlow and its developers are not liable for any health outcomes related to your use of the app
SipFlow offers optional premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions:
Monthly Subscription — Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
Annual Subscription — Billed yearly, auto-renews until cancelled
Lifetime Purchase — One-time payment, permanent access
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions (monthly and annual) automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device:
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until your current subscription period expires.
Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly indicated before purchase. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your account will be charged.
All content, design, graphics, animations, sounds, and code within SipFlow are the intellectual property of the SipFlow developer and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app
Use the app's assets, branding, or content outside of normal app usage
Create derivative works based on the app

SipFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information provided by the app
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the SipFlow developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or any in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of SipFlow at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
