SioBoi will operate as a sole proprietorship, where I will be the owner and the primary manager responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from daily operations to financial management. I will ensure that the food cart is well-maintained, staff are trained, and that we consistently offer high-quality siomai to customers.
Initially, I will handle most responsibilities, including customer service, food preparation, inventory management, and marketing. However, as the business grows, I plan to hire additional staff to support daily operations and also to allow me to add a plenty number of branches if possible.
