2 Peter 1:19-21
And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts; knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
Num 12:6
Then He said, "Hear now My words: If there is a prophet among you , I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision; I speak to him in a dream.
Ps 12:6-7
The words of the LORD are pure words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. You shall keep them, O LORD, You shall preserve them from this generation forever.

2 Tim 3:14-17

All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Matt 4:1-11
Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into wilderness to be tempted by the devil. and when He had fasted forty days and forty nights, afterward He was hungry. Now when the temper came to Him, he said, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread." But He answered and said, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.' " Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, "If You are the son of God, throw Yourself down. For it is written: 'He shall give His angels charge over you,' and , 'In their hands they shall bear you up, least you dash your foot against a stone.' " Jesus said to him, "It is written, 'You shall not tempt the LORD your God.' " Again, the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the tempe, and said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me." Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' " Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.
John 5:39
"You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me."
Acts 8:26-35
Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, "Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza." This is desert. So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candance the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, was returning. And sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet. Then the Spirit said to Philip, "Go near and overtake his chariot." So Philip ran to him, and heard him reading the prophet Isaiah, and said, " Do you understand what you are reading?" And he said, "How can I, unless someone guides me?" And he asked Philip to come and sit with him. The place in Scripture which he read was this: "He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and as a lamb before its shearer is silent. So He opened not His mouth. In His humiliation His justice was taken away, and who will declare His generation? For His life is taken from the earth." So the eunuch answered Philip and said, "I ask you, of whom does the prophet say this, of himself or of some other man?" Then Philip opened his mouth, and beginning at this Scripture, preached Jesus to him.
Is 8:20
To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
1 Cor 2:12-13
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God. These things we also speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing the spiritual things with the spiritual.

And when he desired to cross to Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him; and when he arrived, he really helped those who had believed through grace; for he vigorously refuted the Jews publicly, showing from the Scriptures that Jesus is the Christ.
2 Tim 2:15-16
Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and idle babblings, for they will increase to more ungodliness.
2 Peter 3:15-16
and consider that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation-- as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given to him, has written to you, as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
