Very pleased with service yesterday when I picked my  sewing machine. I was shown the machine out of the box and that it was set up and working. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this shop if you are looking for a sewing machine.

I found this website while searching for a replacement sewing machine for my industrial machine having just retired from curtain making for 35 years. I was very confused as there was such a large range to choose from. Having read the revies for Norrie I was confident he would know which one would suit my needs best. I was not disappointed Norrie has a wealth of experience second to none and it was so easy to trust his judgement. I was sorted after a phone call and was able to collect my Janome 2200 right away in his shop. Norrie demonstrated the machine in his shop and I now have made a roman blind with it and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Norrie.

I had such a positive experience when buying my Pfaff from Norrie. He knew my budget, actually convinced me to buy lower than my budget because he had a machine that more than fitted my needs. Got my old machine serviced and it’s working like a dream again. Excellent customer service and support. I had a problem (A user failure lol) and Norrie talked me through it over the phone. I discovered this lovely sewing shop on a flying visit to Ballymena on the day of my cousin’s wedding, as we needed an emergency needle and thread. The owner of the shop couldn’t have been more helpful and kind when I realized I’d forgotten my card (!), making sure I didn’t leave empty handed. I didn’t have time to spend more time there (could’ve chatted all day!) but did get major envy of the excellent sewing machines on sale there - and it has all the bits and pieces you need. Top marks and thank you again!

Great store with very helpful staff. Bought a second machine from this shop a month ago (for my daughter as she had been practicing on mine, also bought from this store). Fantastic aftercare, they are always willing to help with any queries. Would definitely recommend visiting this store to anyone considering buying a sewing machine and we will be going back for any other sewing related purchases/machine maintenance in the future.

Today I had the great experience of meeting Norrie for the first time. He’s such a gentleman and his knowledge is spot on. I bought a mid-range sewing machine and I am absolutely delighted with it. I set it up straight away and 5 minutes later I was free motion quilting. Top notch service can’t thank Norrie enough.

I bought a janome 2200 . What a fantastic machine. It's quite basic but more than adequate for the purpose I bought it for. Superb service from the owner. Very knowledgeable man. Will definitely be buying all my sewing materials from him in the future.
