I recently bought a new sewing machine from Norrie and it was a pleasure from start to finish. His knowledge of machines is second to none and he clearly explained and demonstrated all the features so I knew I was purchasing the right machine for my needs. He also took the time to set it up so that I left with the machine ready to go! I am getting such joy from using it and will definitely be back when it's time for an overlocker.
