A current student at Sinclair Community College, Carli Groven is an aspiring author and artist. She has won various writing awards, and she was named SCC's 2020 English Major of the Year. She is currently working on her first complete novel, The Other Side of Bermuda, as well as a children's book about dragons, which she has both written and illustrated. Carli has been married for 24 years, and she enjoys the love and support of her three grown children.
