I am a researcher, working in the interdisciplinary field of behavioral ecology, conservation strategy, growth dynamics and spatio-temporal distribution of migratory population and community. Occasionally, I collaboratively work on animal epidemiology related to conservation strategy developments.

I am also a learner of  Hindustani Classical Music and Rabindrasangeet. 

I regularly attend  science popularization events, nature awareness campaigns, and rock climbing camps. 

I am an active member of Kolkata Prakriti Paribrajak Samiti (An organization for rock climbing courses, nature study, and aiding kids in needs from rural areas of West Bengal)
