Race Club for the Mature Driver

This is a Race Club not a league there is a distinct difference, Sim Silver Race club is made to be a GENTLEMANS 1st race environment. Your focus on the track you will agree to treat your fellow competitor as a neighbor rather than a competitor.

That includes racing the car as if it is a REAL CAR, a true simulation treated as such. You will race as a professional here that means no junk talk, no parking on track, no stupid crashing after passing start finish line after race, treat the car like a real car. This is a race club for Mature drivers looking for a friendly atmosphere where helping each other is more important then running someone over on lap one. If that is not for you, I suggest leave before you even start. Those that sounds interesting to please remain and become a welcome member of this club. REGULATIONS

Humanity - We're all in this together to create a Welcoming environment. Let's treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is require. Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated.

1. COMPETITION

The Sim Silver RC in an Esports club, based on the Iracing, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and Automoliblista 2 (PC platform) simulations developed by Kunos Simulazioni and Reiza dedicated to virtual club Drivers.

The server competition is reserved for Drivers who have successfully registered via facebook or discord. and qualified for each race or practice session by having a respectable ping or connection. The organizer reserves the right to assign admin passwords as well as revoke rights to those that abuse the rules or don't act in the theme of being a gentleman.

The organizer also reserves the right to edit the regulations at any time.

2. TERRITORY / Server

The Sim Silver RC will be held online to find the best Gentleman Drivers in the world. Your skill level is less important then your desire to race clean and act like a good sport on the track. Server is located in North America.

Please note that all Drivers registered need to meet the eligibility requirements, good connection, SA over 75 and 3 needed tack medals if race or practice is on ACC.

3. DURATION

No current schedule. Events will be one to four race mini series. Time Attacks and exercise skills in racecraft.

4. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY

A “Driver” is any person who has registered through the website during the registration time window. Drivers must meet the following requirements in their entirety to be eligible to compete:

1. Not be officially banned from any Esports competition managed by the organizer and partners; Or partnered leagues

2. Agree with Terms and Conditions of this regulation;

3. Agree with the Sporting Code;

4. Agree with the Code of Conduct (listed in discord)

5. Meet the Hardware and Software requirements

6. SA over 75 and 32 needed tack medals if race or practice is on ACC. For Iracing will be a sliding scale depending on the event (s).

Drivers who do not meet these requirements will be deemed ineligible and will be removed. The organizer reserves the right to investigate Driver information when eligibility is in question. Drivers should be prepared to provide a copy of personal identification or other applicable documents to verify if all the requirements are met. No drivers under 30 allowed unless pre approval.

5. PARTICIPATION

All Drivers who would like to participate must meet the above requirements.

5.2 HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

1. Gaming PC that meets the game minimum requirements;

2. Internet connection with max ping of 150ms from race servers;

3. The minimum ping : # here / if point race Is on going if you blink for multiple laps you can be removed for that race by an admin.

4. Wheel and Pedals set. No controllers.

5.3 DRIVER NAMES

1. In-game Driver names must be fashioned after a real one and must not contain any of the following: nicknames, acronyms, obscene or suggestive language, corporation, company, sponsor, product or any shorthand to allow for professional broadcast of all scheduled races.

2. Drivers who attempt to change their in-game names and last names during the event may be disqualified from the competition.

3. Join the official Discord Server with real Forename and Surname. Or change the name in discord.

6 Disabilities

All people with disabilities welcome. As long as you can meet the minimum track speed per track for races and able to follow all the rules you are 100% welcome and valued!

SPORTING CODE

1. General Rules & Driver Conduct

1. Drivers must use their full name in the game in order to participate in the competition.

2. To participate in the competition, the minimum allowed ping is 150ms.

3. Drivers with higher ping or a spiky connection may be asked to leave the server or may be removed from it by the event administrator or Race Director.

4. All Drivers are expected to be ready to run at the designated time for official sessions.

5. Drivers are expected to have familiarity with the regulations of the championship, as well as the specific and relevant features and rules of the game platform used.

6. Drivers are expected to have read and understood the General Regulations

7. Only the race admins will decide whether a session should be delayed or restarted.

8. It is not allowed to push the vehicle of another competitor to assist him/her in case he/she has run out of fuel or experienced a mechanical breakdown etc..

9. Bump drafting is also prohibited. Drivers shall provide racing room to each other. That includes pushing other cars over line when they run of of gas.

10. Unsportsmanlike conduct is subject to penalties. Any Driver attempting to wreck or intentionally ram another competitor may be banned from the session or even permanently.

11. Event administrators, Stewards and the Race Director will oversee the sessions. Administrators can report any misconduct to be reviewed by Stewards and the Race Director, and may lead to penalties or removal from the session and/or formal rebuke or ban.
