I study how AI and data-driven technologies shape operational decision-making in healthcare and service settings. My research combines analytical and empirical approaches to study how technology changes operational processes, decisions, and outcomes.

I received my Ph.D. and M.S. in Operations Management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and my B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
