Please note that ALL vouchers, discounts, and promotional codes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

DELIVERY

The cost of delivery of your Order will be displayed to you on our Site. We offer international shipping and you may refer to our INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING for more details. Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within an estimated 1-5 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order.

If delivery of your Product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the Product will be dispatched after it becomes available. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor our agents shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

SHIPPING FEE

FREE local shipping is available for a total purchase of over RM300.00 (Malaysia) and RM1,000.00 (Singapore).

International rates may change based on the exchange rate. Shipping cost will appear together with your total after checkout.

Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order.

ORDER

You may place your order by completing and submitting the order form on our site. An order number will be given with every successful order placed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all orders and the information given in the order. Please double-check your order details before confirming the order.

We reserve the right to decline any request to amend the order if the order has already been processed.

Combine order is strictly not allowed. All orders are shipped out according to order number

RETURNS

For returning an item, please place the item you wish to return in the parcel you recieved it in, and shedule your return via home collect.

H&M guarantees a full refund for any returned item provided that it is returned in the same condition it was in upon your receipt. If an item in any way has been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on), or that labels or tags are not intact, we have a right to make a deduction on your refund with an amount corresponding to the dimished value of the item. Please note that the value of some products we sell, such as but not limited to underwear, swimwear, piercing jewellery, face masks, beauty products and cosmetics, diminish by 100 % when you break their seal due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

Credit card or debit card

You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. H&M reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks. Cash on delivery

You may choose to pay by cash on delivery upon receipt of the goods, without any additional charges. Max. order amount is limited to 2000 MYR.
