Victor O. S. Ferreira is Project Manager for Digital Quality Management Systems (QA, QC, and CQV), with over 16 years of experience in validation, qualification, and metrology for IVDs, biopharmaceuticals, advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMPs), and vaccines. His background includes managing the Validation Division at Bio-Manguinhos/Fiocruz (Brazil). He holds a Master’s degree in R&D and Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry.

In recent years, he has focused on GxP compliance for emerging technologies. Victor is an active member of the ISPE Pharma 4.0™ working groups for Modular Plant, Plug & Produce, and Validation 4.0. He promotes the use of holistic control strategies and data-driven decision-making, advocating for scalable and future-ready solutions at all levels of digital maturity.
