Talita Pagung Favarato, PMO Director at Nordika Advanced Engineering, is an Architect and Urban Planner with a specialization in Corporate Sustainability from Oxford University and an MBA in Strategic and Economic Project Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

With 15 years of experience in project and portfolio management across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food and beverage, and cosmetics sectors, she has extensive knowledge in production layouts, GMP standards, and ESG concepts.

She has led certified sustainability projects and worked on projects for clients such as Novo Nordisk, Instituto Butantan, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, P&G, Coca-Cola, Takeda, and Libbs Biotecnologia, among others.
