please install APN Settings before using the SIMCARD
International calls and SMS are not supported. If a technical glitch enables them and you use them, extra charges will apply
Contract terms
Minimum usage of plan: 4 MONTHS
Early termination will incure a 5000 YEN CANCELLATION FEE
You must contact us directly to stop the contract
Billing & Cancellation process
Steps for SIM card users :
Settle all unpaid bills
Notify us 2 months in advance before cancelling the SIM service
Pay the final month's bill in the same month to avoid extra charges
Steps for POCKETWIFI users :
Return the devices
Settle all unpaid bills
Contact us to stop the contract
Delivery & Replacements
If issues occur within 7 days of receiving your SIM, we will replace free of charge
If your delivery is missing items, we will send new ones upon notices
Late Payments & blacklisting
Unpaid bills will be reported to japan's credit institutions as "Accidental Information"
Your credit record may be affected for up to 5 years or more
