Cancellation Method for SIM Customer 

Please inform us in 1 month advance of your desired cancellation date to cancel your Sim.

Step 1: Contact our Sales Representative or Customer Support team to request contract cancellation.
Step 2: Please notify us before the cancellation date 

Notify us at least 2 months in advance to receive an 800-yen discount on your NEXT bill. (minimum usage of 4 month must be fulfilled to avail the discount)

Please notify us before your desired cancellation date to proceed with canceling your Wi-Fi services and return devices

Wi-Fi Service Cancellation and Device Return Process

Step 1: Contact our Sales Representative or Customer Support team to request contract cancellation.
Step 2: Place the Wi-Fi device in the company-provided return envelope and seal it securely.
Step 3: Take a photo while placing the sealed envelope into the postal mailbox. Send this photo to our Customer Support team or Sales Representative as proof of return.
