What are the policies?
We thank you for choosing and supporting us with alterations. As any buisness goes, we have our own policies and expect our clients to read them to avoid any misunderstanding.
Clothes must be clean and have no smell. Otherwise, it will not be accepted for service
We expect clients to bring in their intented shoes that will be worn with the future altered garments or anything else that will benefit during the fitting phase. If this is not completed, you will have to reschdule. We eager all clients bring in their shoes for the benefit to of the client and seamstress to be satisfied a well-done job.
All garments are expected to be picked up their garments on either the day it's ready or be picked up your most convient resonable day and during buisness hours. If no garments have been picked up after 90 days without anyattemp of communication, it becomes buisness property. We will contact before the 90 days.
We have rush fee's for bridal if in need of completion within 4-3 weeks before wedding date or date of needing the dress by, non-bridal are case by case basis.
