Tumbler Screen

Select the week and day for your run by swiping the numbers

Timer Screen

The main workout screen

  1. Reset: go back to the tumbler screen to start the whole exercise over

  2. Stop: stop the exercise

  3. Interval Type: warm up, run, walk, or cool down

  4. Timer: counts down until the interval ends

  5. Forward/Back: go to the next or previous interval

  6. Stats: reports heart rate, steps, distance, and calories burned

  7. Pause/Resume: pause or resume your interval

  8. Add/Subtract 30 Seconds

Stats

At the end of your run, the app will show you the calculated stats. NOTE: distance is calculated based on number of steps, not from GPS. It will likely be off. If you want to know how far you ran, you need to measure your distance on a map like this.

Run History

You can scroll through your past runs on the history screen. Like the stats screen, distance is calculated based on number of steps, not GPS.
