  1. How do I switch between metric and English units?

    • In the Fitbit app, click your profile picture and select Advance Settings > Units

    • From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon > Settings > Personal Info > Under Advanced Settings > Units

  2. How do I switch between 12h and 24h format?

    • From the fitbit.com dashboard, click the gear icon > Settings > Personal Info > Advanced Settings > Clock Display Time

  3. My clock/app won't update the steps/heart rate/other statistics. How can I fix it?

    • If another clock or app works but not mine, try uninstalling and reinstalling the clock or app first

    • If this doesn't help or none of your clocks or apps are working, try resetting your Fitbit device

    • If resetting doesn't work, you can try a factory reset (NOTE: This erases all data on the device!)

  4. I already paid for this clockface/app. Why is it telling me to pay again?

    • Fitbits don't always save your data across installs so you will have to resend the information to KiezelPay

    • If you already paid, you can unlock your clockface or app again for free here. Just enter the code it is showing you and the email address you used for the original purchase and your clockface or app will be working again
