These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Simple Path mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using Simple Path, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility

To use Simple Path:

• You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum digital consent age in your region.

• By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Simple Path application, including its software, interface design, branding, logos, original text, graphics, and other materials created by Simple Path, is owned by or licensed to Simple Path and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the application

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify Simple Path's software, interface, branding, or other proprietary materials without permission

• Create derivative works based on Simple Path's proprietary materials without written permission

• Use the Simple Path name, logo, branding, or other proprietary materials without permission

Third-party content, trademarks, logos, images, resource information, and other materials displayed or referenced through Simple Path remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to applicable rights and terms.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Simple Path's intellectual property or the intellectual property of third parties.

3. App Functionality and Updates

We continuously work to improve Simple Path. Updates may include:

• New features

• Interface changes

• Bug fixes

• Improvements to existing services

Some features of the app may require an active internet connection.

Simple Path is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

• Internet connectivity issues

• Device limitations

• Mobile data restrictions

Using rooted or jailbroken devices may affect app performance and is done at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

Some features of Simple Path may require a paid subscription.

Payments for subscriptions are processed through the applicable app store platform, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, according to the platform's applicable terms and policies. 

• Subscription prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.

• Refunds must be requested directly through the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform's policies.

5. External Resources

Simple Path is a learning-resource discovery and curation platform. We curate and organize learning resources from different third-party platforms and providers to help users discover useful resources and follow structured learning paths.

Some resources may include information such as titles, provider or creator names, descriptions, thumbnails, resource types, pricing information, and links to the original provider.

The underlying third-party resources remain on their respective platforms. Simple Path does not claim ownership of third-party courses, videos, books, podcasts, applications, websites, or other resources referenced through the app.

When users select a resource, they may be directed to the original third-party platform or provider. These external platforms operate independently from Simple Path and may have their own terms of use, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and content.

We carefully review and organize resources based on factors such as relevance, usefulness, quality, credibility, and learning stage. However, the availability, pricing, content, and accuracy of third-party resources may change over time.

Unless explicitly stated, listing or recommending a resource does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the third-party provider.

Users access third-party resources at their own discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

Simple Path may use third-party services to support functionality, subscriptions, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, and other app features. The specific services used may vary depending on the platform and features available. 

These services may include:

• Adapty

• Google AdMob

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Platform-specific services provided by Apple or Google, where applicable

These providers may collect information necessary to perform their services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Simple Path strives to provide a reliable and useful experience, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Simple Path is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from using the platform.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, suitability, or results of third-party resources referenced through Simple Path.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from device issues, internet connectivity problems, or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Simple Path if:

• You violate these Terms;

• You misuse or attempt to interfere with the platform; or

• We discontinue or substantially change the service.

Upon termination, your right to use Simple Path will end. You should remove the application from your device. 

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we may notify users through the app or other appropriate communication methods.

Continued use of Simple Path after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
