Simple Path is not responsible for service interruptions caused by:

• Internet connectivity issues

• Device limitations

• Mobile data restrictions

Using rooted or jailbroken devices may affect app performance and is done at your own risk.

4. Subscriptions, Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through the app store platform used to download the app, such as the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

• Subscription prices are displayed clearly before purchase.

• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through your app store account settings.

• Refunds must be requested directly through the platform where the purchase was made and are subject to that platform's policies.

Simple Path curates and recommends high-quality learning resources to help users discover valuable educational content.

Some resources may link to third-party websites, apps, or platforms and may redirect users to external services where the content is hosted.

While we carefully review the resources included in the platform, Simple Path does not control or manage the content, availability, or policies of third-party services.

Listing or recommending a resource does not imply endorsement of the third-party provider.

Users access external resources at their own discretion.

6. Third-Party Services

Simple Path may use third-party services to support functionality, analytics, advertising, and crash reporting.

These services may include:

• Adapty

• Google AdMob

• Firebase Crashlytics

• Google Analytics for Firebase

• Google Play Services

These providers may collect information necessary to perform their services in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Simple Path strives to provide a reliable and useful experience, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always function without interruptions or errors.

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from using the platform.

• We are not responsible for losses resulting from device issues, internet connectivity problems, or unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Simple Path if:

• You misuse the platform

• We decide to discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use Simple Path will end immediately and you must delete the app from your device.
