By booking a painting workshop with Simple Art Studio, you agree to the following terms:
1.1 All bookings for Simple Art Studio workshops must be completed through our secure Stripe payment page.
1.2 Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
1.3 You will receive an automatic email receipt from Stripe after payment.
2.1 Tickets are non-refundable, as materials and venue costs are prepared in advance for each participant.
2.2 If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person .
2.3 We do not offer refunds for illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances.
3.1 In the rare case that Simple Art Studio must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to:
illness,
venue-related issues, or
unexpected circumstances outside our control,
you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
3.2 Simple Art Studio is not responsible for any additional expenses (e.g., transport costs).
4.1 Workshops start on time. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
4.2 All materials are provided by Simple Art Studio unless otherwise stated.
5.1 Photos or short videos may be taken during the workshop for promotional use (website or social media).
5.2 If you prefer not to appear in photos, please inform us at the start of the session — we will fully respect your preference.
6.1 Participation is at your own risk.
6.2 Simple Art Studio is not liable for:
damaged clothing (aprons are provided),
injuries resulting from misuse of materials,
loss of personal belongings.
