GEEZ
seminar series

The GEEZ is a platform for graduate students in the economics of education. Every Tuesday, a graduate student presents, and typically 30 to 40 of us show up to listen to and question the speaker. The format is highly interactive with 20 minutes presentation and 20 minutes of Q&A. Catherine Leclerc (University of Toronto), Cora Wigger (Northwestern University), and Ahmad Mobariz (University of Arkansas) and I started GEEZ at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic when it seemed that all conferences were canceled. However, it now appears that the format will go on longer than Covid-19. If you are interested, you are welcome to join. Please sign-up through our website here.
