Hi and welcome to my website!
I am an Assistant Professor (tenure-track) in Economics at the Department of Economics, Statistics and Entrepreneurship of Universitas Mercatorum in Rome. I am also a Fellow of the Graduate School of Business and Economics at Maastricht University.
My research interests include education, labour economics, inequality, gender imbalances, and complexity.
I have worked on the project “The Performance of Performance Related Pay”, funded by the Leverhulme Trust and based at the University of Leicester, UK. The project aims at developing an Agent-Based model to compare the individual and collective reward systems and their effects on labour mobility.
