Hi and welcome to my website!

I am a Lecturer (Docent) in Economics at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University.

My research interests include education, labour economics, inequality, gender imbalances, and complexity.

I am part of the project “The Performance of Performance Related Pay”, funded by the Leverhulme Trust and based at the University of Leicester, UK. The project aims at developing an Agent-Based model to compare the individual and collective reward systems and their effects on labour mobility.
