Types of Commissions

Stickers: Stickers are a very versatile form of art, they come in one of two different styles and at a maximum of 512 x 512 pixels per sticker. They are designed for social media apps, namely Telegram, which uses them as emotes. Imagine having custom emojis of your own character! Not only can they be used in apps like Telegram that support custom emotes/stickers, but they also function well as avatars, reaction images, and can even be easily printed as real stickers. My sticker commissions come individually or in packs of up to 30. You have a lot of say in what you'd like drawn so there's tons of room for creativity.

Linearts: For those who enjoy coloring their own artwork, I offer commissions that are just the lineart over a transparent background.

Full-Colors: Full-colored art comes in full color, plus shading/highlights, and a simple background.

Scenes: Scenes are similar to the full-color pieces, but these come with a detailed background, and just more intricacy in general.

Availability and How Long it Takes to Finish a Commission

General Availability - My availability in general is on a first-come-first-serve, up to a specific amount, basis. It depends on the kinds of commissions that are being requested and how much time I think they will take. If I'm not currently taking commissions, the form for requesting commissions will be closed. There may be times when I'm open for some types of commissions, but not others. On the Pricing page, the types of commissions that I'm currently open to take will be listed. As of right now, I'm doing this only as a hobby in my spare time, so availability will change closer to the time when I know my schedule will be more cramped.

Stickers: Stickers in Style 1 can take up to 4-6 hours as there are four layers worth of shading/highlights. Stickers in Style 2 take about 1-2 hours to complete.

Linearts: The lineart commissions are on a bigger scale than stickers, and thus may take a little bit longer as there is more ground to cover, not to mention that lineart is often the most time consuming part of making digital art...at least for me. Requesting a lineart specifically means that I'm paying close attention to making it really nice and clean. These can take anywhere from an hour to 2 hours to complete.

Full-Colors: The full-color commissions are linearts on steroids. Add another 1-2 hours to the time it takes me to make a lineart, and that's about how long a full-color commission will take for me to get finished.

Scenes: Completing a full scene commission is by far the most variable in regards to how long it may take. The example above took me only about an hour and a half...but a different scene I'm working on (not pictured...yet) has taken over 8 hours already and it's still not finished yet. That's why there is an additional cost per character as adding more things to lineart, color, and shade, tack on extra hours I spend working on a specific piece. In general, I will be trying to keep time spent on scene commissions to a maximum of 5 hours or less, but I'm a heckin' perfectionist so I guess we'll see how it all goes.
