Presenting author: Please ensure that the correct author is listed as the presenting author in the programme.
Posters will be displayed in the poster area for the entire duration of the conference and will be accessible throughout the day, including during coffee breaks and lunch times.

Make use of the full poster board dimensions.
Mounting & removal:
Posters must be mounted on the first morning of the conference or at lunchtime (Tuesday).
Posters will remain in place for the entire conference.
Posters must be removed on the last day of the conference (Thursday), after the final sessions.
Dedicated poster presentation:
Flash Poster Presentation Session: Tuesday, 18:30 – 19:10
Each poster presenter will give a short oral introduction during this session:
Maximum duration: 2 minutes
Maximum slides: 2–3 slides suggested
This is intended as a “teaser” to encourage delegates to visit your poster during the conference.
Presenter attendance: Poster authors must be present at their posters during the dedicated poster session to answer questions and discuss their work.
** Best Poster Award **
A Best Poster Presentation Award will be given to recognise outstanding scientific quality, clarity of presentation, and engagement with the audience.
The award winner will be announced during the SILS Members Assembly.
