Sauce & Spoons Menu Tablets Project was the capstone project that gave me the ability to apply the acquired skills through-out the course. It was a challenging task at hand since I had to analyze conversations and draft out emails to address urgent situations directly to Senior Stakeholders. I had to motivate the team so that we could work in calm environment where everyone is heard and understood. I had to constantly work with team members and other stakeholder to drive the best results by using effective communications like asking open-ended questions to get the answers I needed. These type of questions permitted me to understand my team members and gave them the opportunity to open about the deliverables' time bounds and the issues arising during the execution of the tasks.
