🚗 Parking & Wristbands
Please check in at the Gulf-side office to get your parking pass and wristbands
Tell them you're staying in Unit #310 – Smith
If you arrive after hours, visit the office the next morning
Chairs and loungers are available at the beach (provided by Palm Bay Club).
👉 Please rinse all beach items before bringing them back into the condo—there’s a hose and outdoor shower at the private PBC beach entrance.
🚫 Do not hang towels or clothing over the balcony railing. A drying rack is provided.
🧼 Before You Check Out...
Empty the refrigerator
Use the garbage chute (center of each floor)
Leave towels in the bathtub or laundry baskets provided
Leave all bedding in place – our cleaners will handle it
Do not use white towels for makeup removal – black makeup cloths are provided
Wash & return dishes to their place
🛑 A Few Final Notes
Everything inside the condo was purchased and is maintained by us (the owners). The Palm Bay Club does not stock or manage condo contents.
The condo is inspected after each stay. Guests are responsible for damages or missing items. Please report any accidents or breakage ASAP.
