The following items are supplied when renting our condo. Please feel free to contact us about anything that you may not see on the list.

A single condo cleaning & laundry service is provided at the end of your stay after your checkout.

All items supplied within the condo have been purchased and supplied by us. 

We supply complimentary dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish sponge, paper towels, drying towels and garbage bags for your rental period.

The Palm Bay Club grounds and our vacation rental condo is VillaControl Connected and equipped with keyless entry for guest convenience and peace of mind. No more worries about losing keys or bringing keys to the pool or the beach. In addition, don’t be concerned about keys being in other people’s hands. Each unique guest eLock code gets deleted at the time of check-out.

Your 4-digit eLock code is active at check-in day/time and works until your scheduled departure date and time.

Door Unlocking Instructions:

Simply enter your 4-digit eLock code followed by pressing the check mark on the lower left corner of the keypad to unlock the door. You may hear a faint mechanical noise and then the door will be unlocked and ready for you to open.

Door Locking Instructions:

Please make sure you lock the door when leaving the property. The door does not automatically lock. Locking is the same as unlocking. Simply enter your 4-digit eLock code followed by pressing the check mark on the lower left corner button of the keypad to lock the door. You may hear a faint mechanical noise and then the door will be locked. To lock the door from the inside, twist the knob to the horizontal position.
