Here are some maps and levels I designed for my university and some other personal projects
Working on the E-Racer maps was challenging since it was the first time i had to create maps for a multiplayer game, so I had to make sure that all of the maps were fair for every player, this prompted me to make all of the maps somewhat symmetrical.
All the maps have some elements that makes them unique: portals, moving parts, speedboost zones.
Since there's only 4 maps in the game, I implemented a mechanic that randomly changes the materials of groups of objects, materials can also be "dangerous" which makes them damage the players.
A Mod for the game "Lethal Company" on steam, this map started off as a joke but eventually became a fun way to learn how to make mods for the game. The map is fairly simple but i had a lot of fun coming up with the concept and the assets necessary for it to come to life
Some maps I made for tabletop rpgs games I dm'd, most of these were made using roll 20 and dungeon painter studio. Working on these maps really helped me understanding how layouts are important when playing turn based games and other similar games.
One of the campaigns was made using a sci-fi horror setting which was challenging to create a map for.
For this project I decided to hold off working on programming and focus on Level design. The map was created using the unity terrain feature and Probuilder (for the simplest assets).
