Man With A Plan is a role-playing game that mixes drinking games with TTRPG rules, the one pager features all of the rules for creating characters and playing the game as players and guidelines for the dm (who is also going to be drinking). 

Although the abilities in the game are made with a fantasy setting in mind, adapting them to another setting like sci-fi, western etc. is fairly easy. Players are also encouraged to create their own abilities with their dm.
