Payment

Side Street Physical Therapy is a cash-based office and does not accept insurance. 

• Initial evaluation and treatment can range from $110-$150 and lasts 50-60 minutes. 

• Follow up visits are $90-$105 per visit and last 40-50 minutes. 

Side Street PT accepts cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and Health Savings Account. 

• A $3 transaction fee is added to payment if using Venmo, Zelle, and Health Savings Account. 

Payment is due at time of service.
