Limited funds will be available to support some student's travel expenses for the conference.  

Priority will be given to students who are 

• giving a contributed talk or presenting a poster at the meeting 

• nearing completion of their graduate program

•  from the Pacific Northwest region and not be living in the Bellingham area

Other factors in making funding decisions may include evidence of ties to SIAM and being from an underrepresented group.

Travel support applications consist of a brief statement about your rationale for the travel support and explaining your interest in attending the conference, as well as a letter of support from your advisor/supervisor/mentor.  These details are explained on the form.
