Our local SIAM Student Chapter at Oklahoma State University is open to all students and members of OSU. You could ask to become a member through the link or email at siam.okstate@gmail.com.

Sign up for a "free undergraduate student" or "free graduate student" membership on the SIAM website. When you sign up, you will be able to choose your affiliation with the SIAM student chapter at OSU.
