The Thailand Elite Visa is a long-term tourist visa under the privilege entry visa program managed by the Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary under the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.
The purpose of the program is to promote Thailand to the affluent and high-earning foreigners through issuing a privilege entry visa and offering an opportunity to obtain a long-term multiple entry visa and the right to live in the country for up to 20 years. This includes individuals such as digital nomads wanting to avoid visa runs, retirees who don't want to be stressed with the new complicated regulations that have been regularly changed, or investors and business people needing to travel in and out of Thailand several times a year. Simply stated, the Thailand Elite Visa program is the most hassle-free and premier visa category available for foreign nationals who want to stay in Thailand long-term.
The Thailand Elite members can have an uninterrupted stay in Thailand without the usual requirement to leave the country every 90 days or do visa runs, unlike other visa types.
Elite Members have access to exclusive perks and benefits such as liaison and assistance via the Elite Personal Assistant (EPA) service upon arrival and departure.
The Thai Elite Visa holder can request a Thai Elite Staff to conduct their 90-day reporting on their behalf as required by the Thai Immigration Authorities.
The Thai Elite Visa holder will receive expedited immigration formalities and passport control processing upon arriving in Thailand.
The Thai Elite Visa holder will also enjoy other benefits such as airport transportation services, complimentary golf green fees, spa treatments, and annual hospital check-ups as well as a host of shopping, hotel, resort, and dining discounts and experiences.
The applicants must meet and maintain the following qualifications:
Holder of a foreign passport
Being allowed to stay in Thailand in accordance with the immigration laws, which means the applicant has no overstay record in Thailand
No age limit is required for this program.
Not having been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any country except for an offense committed to negligence
Not having been adjudicated bankrupt
Not having been declared as a person of unsound mind, incompetence, or quasi-incompetence
