The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) have joined hands to create an exciting and educational initiative called the “Space on Wheels” program. This program is designed to take the wonders of space exploration to the Amravati District, making it accessible to students and space enthusiasts in the region. 

The mobile exhibition, housed inside a bus, featured intricate models of ISRO’s launch vehicles, satellites, and communication systems. 

Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Memorial Science Centre is hosting this exclusive Space Science Exhibition of ISRO in its Premises on 12th January 2023 (8am to 7pm). 

The centre also offers visitors open entry to its science galleries, Sky Watching and Space related film shows during the visit. In addition, to make visit more interesting for school students, the organisers are organizing quiz, rangoli, poster making, debates, and elocution competitions.
