Form Letter to Request Social and Civic Inquiry: (below, Copy/Paste into letter or email)

Subject: Request for Review of Potential Statutory Oversight Failures, Misuse of Public Funds, and Non-Transparent Congressional Activities
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally request a review and inquiry into a series of actions that appear to reflect a breakdown in statutory oversight, a failure to follow established transparency requirements, and a pattern of conduct that may constitute misuse of public funds or abuse of official position.
This request is submitted in good faith and in accordance with the public’s right to seek accountability from federal officials and oversight bodies.
1. Potential Circumvention of Public Oversight in Reimbursement Programs
Recent reporting and public documentation indicate that certain congressional reimbursement mechanisms—particularly those related to lodging, meals, and Member Representational Allowance (MRA) adjustments—may have been implemented or expanded through internal rule changes that avoided:
public debate,
floor votes,
cost transparency, and
independent fiscal impact analysis.
While internal rulemaking is within Congress’s authority, the practical effect of these changes appears to be the creation of new financial benefits without corresponding public accountability or clear disclosure of long-term budget impacts.
This raises concerns about statutory compliance, public fund stewardship, and whether internal rules are being used to bypass normal appropriations scrutiny.
2. Overlap Between Reimbursement Policies and Ongoing Litigation
The ongoing litigation concerning congressional cost-of-living adjustments (COLA) intersects with these reimbursement policies in ways that may:
materially affect federal spending,
alter compensation structures, and
create incentives for Members to pursue financial remedies through the courts rather than through public legislative processes.
The public has a legitimate interest in understanding whether these actions collectively represent an attempt to secure financial gain through non-transparent mechanisms.
3. Reports of Undisclosed or Non-Public Meetings (Including the “DIALOG” Network)
Multiple sources have referenced private or undisclosed meetings involving Members of Congress and outside actors, including the group commonly referred to as “DIALOG.” If these meetings involved:
discussions of legislative strategy,
coordination on litigation,
policy planning, or
matters affecting federal expenditures,
then they may fall within the jurisdiction of federal transparency requirements, ethics rules, and oversight statutes.
The public deserves clarity on whether these activities complied with:
House and Senate ethics rules,
disclosure requirements,
conflict-of-interest standards, and
prohibitions on using public office for private benefit.
4. Pattern Suggesting Avoidance of Transparency and Public Accountability
Taken together, these issues suggest a pattern of conduct in which official actions with financial implications for Members of Congress are being carried out:
outside public view,
without adequate disclosure,
without independent fiscal analysis, and
without the transparency normally required for actions affecting federal expenditures.
This pattern warrants independent review to determine whether federal law, ethics rules, or oversight obligations have been compromised.
5. Request for Action
I respectfully request that your office:
Open a formal staff review into the matters described above.
Assess whether internal rule changes have been used to circumvent public accountability.
Determine whether any Inspector General failed to perform mandated oversight duties.
Evaluate whether any actions constitute misuse of public funds or abuse of office.
Provide written confirmation that this complaint has been logged as an investigative matter.
This request is non-partisan and is submitted solely in the interest of transparency, statutory compliance, and public trust in government operations.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and for fulfilling your constitutional and statutory oversight responsibilities.
Sincerely,

As for the REST of our Government.... tsk, tsk... They are intentionally dividing us, using every strategy in the book, some outside the book. They are using our fears, our grievances, our suffering into some twisted game only to distract us. They are trying to make us believe Red is bad, Blue is bad, Christians are bad, heathens are bad, the police are bad, and so one and so forth. Bad people exist. And they do not exist in one category. Don't lose focus to highly emotionally charge broadcasts. We need the 300 million Americans pointing collectively at Congress, applying pressure to the DOJ, FBI, FTC, SEC, DHS, and State Department.
YOU DON'T ASK CONGRESS TO FIX ITSELF.
The public has to push Inspectors General for the DOJ, DHS, Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of Treasury, Department of Energy, Department of Commerce, CIA, EPA, FTC, FCC, GSA, NSA NSF, NRC
THEY ALL HAVE AN INSPECTOR GENERAL - Use Oversight.gov to locate.
Each Inspector General has a "Report Fraud/Waste/Abuse" or "Hotline" page. They accept complaints from ANY member of the public.
I am creating a Downloadable Template that can be used to submit to any Inspector General Office.
