Some dairies/chilling plants fix rate per litre and then reduce litre if fat is less than 6.5. Then milk amount = reduced litrex rate

If you have Milk Analyser(milkotester) and weighing scale facility for machines not supported at present can be supported. To tare(make zero reading of weighing scale) weighing scale definite commands are to be sent to scales from PC . If you have user manual of scale then it will be usefull.
