Introduction

Shubham Patil received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the LNCT Indore, India, in 2018 and the M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering at IIT Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India, in 2020. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay, India. His research interests are Semiconductor growth and Characterization, Process integration, Semiconductor devices, Nanoscale device physics, Device/Compact modeling, and PDK development for logic and neuromorphic applications.
