Shubham Yadav

I joined MIT Media Lab as a Grad student starting Fall'19 semester.  I am a research assistant at the Nano-Cybernetic Biotrek (NCB) Group and carry out research at the intersection of Nanoelectronics and  Neuroscience.  I graduated with a B.Tech-M.Tech (Dual Degree) from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India in 2018.  My research interests include semiconductor physics for nano-electronic Devices, Neurodegenerative diseases,  and Photovoltaics.

Formerly, I worked as a SoC Design Engineer for Intel Technology for a year and designed circuits for ESD protection at IP/SS/SoC level and was also responisble for Quality and Reliability activities (like SH, Hotnets, FiSH and IR Drop) on Server SoCs as well.
